How we did it for
Saanvi Skincare.
Email was 4% of revenue. WhatsApp totally unused. Most customers bought once and ghosted.
Rebuilt 11 Klaviyo flows + launched WhatsApp browse abandonment + replenishment program. Email now 27% of revenue; WhatsApp added ₹14L/mo recurring.
What buyers
actually ask.
Real questions from our last 50 proposals. If we missed yours, the lead form above is the fastest way to ask.
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or something else?
Klaviyo for D2C, HubSpot for B2B, Mailmodo if you're interactive-email-curious. Wati for WhatsApp. We'll move you if you're on the wrong tool.
How often should I be sending?
Depends on engagement. Newer lists: 1×/week. Mature: 2-3×/week broadcast + flows always on. We monitor unsubscribe rates closely — if it climbs, we slow down.
Is WhatsApp marketing legal?
In India: yes, with opt-in. We handle template approval, compliance, and the Meta business verification process. We don't spam — bad for your brand and your sender score.
What about SMS?
We run it where it works — flash sales, OTPs, time-sensitive. Less effective than WhatsApp in India for most use cases.
