How long until I see results?
First winning test typically lands in week 4-6. Compound effects (multiple wins stacked) show in month 3+. CRO is the most patience-intensive service we offer.
Do I need a lot of traffic?
For statistical significance: ~20K monthly visitors per page is comfortable. Below that, we lean on qualitative methods (interviews, heatmaps) and ship insights, not just split tests.
What if a test fails?
A "fail" is data — we learn what doesn't work and why. We expect ~30% of tests to win. Anyone claiming 70%+ is testing trivially or cherry-picking.
